WHERE CAN I BUY ADDITIONAL SMART HOME DEVICES?

Firstly, navigate to the home screen of your iPlus app and scroll down. You can visit our online store through the “Smart Home” tab, which is located under the “Home Services” category.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN THE PASSWORD?

1. If your account are signed in to Vide Genio, you have to sign out and select “Forget Password” on the login page, enter user email account and select “Next”. You will receive an email for reset account password.

HOW DO I CHANGE EMAIL OR PASSWORD FOR VIDA GENIO ACCOUNT?

1. Go to “Settings”, select “Email” & input an email account on “New Email” & “Confirm New Email”.
2. Go to “Settings”, select “Change Password” & input new password on “New password” & “Confirm new password”.

HOW DO I ADD USERS?

1. Select “Settings” in VIDA GENIO.
2. Select “Manage Users”.
3. Select “Add User”

 

HOW DO I CREATE QUICK ACTION?

Control multiple device with one click.
1. Select “+” at the bottom right corner of the screen to “Add a Sequence” or “Add Quick Action”.
2. Select “Add” to add Devices”
3. You can change “Action Name”, “Icon” and “Notification” settings on Action Details.
4. Select “save” at the top right corner of the screen.

HOW DO I CREATE TRIGGER ACTION?

Control multiple devices when input triggered
1. Select “+” at the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Select “Add Trigger” – You could choose “Time”, “Location” & “Devices”
3. Select “Add” under Perform theses to add Devices.
4. You can change “Action Name”, “Icon” and “Notification” settings on Action Details.
5. Select “save” at the top right corner of the screen.

HOW DO I ADD DEVICES?

1. Select “Devices”
2. Select “+” at the bottom right corner of the screen
3. Select the Devices or Hub to add.

HOW DO I ADD ROOMS?

1. Select “Devices” catogery.
2. Select “Room”.
3. Select “+” at the bottom right corner of the screen”.
4. Input Room name then select “Add Room” .

Developer will provide updates to our devices up to 31st December 2024, and extended support may be provided after the stated date.

HOW TO MAKE SMART HOME APPOINTMENT BOOKING?

You may book your smart home appointment slot from iPlus -> My Smart Home Journey -> Appointment date to setup smart home gateway. Please refer to the “Smart Home Setup Appointment Booking” user manual in the iPlus APP document section for more information.
